Write an appellate brief for your client. Make sure you follow the proper format for briefs. It might be useful for you to take a look at the appellate brief tutorial, which includes briefs written by students in previous years..
You will be graded on whether you follow the proper format; the clarity, organization, and persuasiveness of your writing; and the quality of your writing, grammar, spelling, and citations. Make sure you make the corrections I suggested when I returned your memo to you.
You can pick up your corrected briefs during the first week of the spring semester.
